摘要
目的:采用HPLC测定生泽泻、盐泽泻两种炮制品的24-乙酰泽泻醇A含量。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以乙腈-水(73:27)为流动相,检测波长为208nm。结果:通过方法学考察,取样量在0.631～20.2μg(r=0.9999)范围内呈良好线性关系,加样回收率为99.92%(n=6)RSD为1.20%.结论:方法系统,操作简单,数据准确,重现性好。盐泽泻中24-乙酰泽泻醇A含量较生泽泻高。
Objective： HPLC determination of Alisma , salt processing Alisma two kinds of processed products of the 24 - acetyl-Alisol-A content. Methods： 18 alkyl silane bonded silica gel as a filler in order to acetonitrile - water （73：27）as mobile phase, detection wavelength of 208nm. Results： A methodological survey, sampling volume of 0.631 -20.2txg （r=0.9999）was well within the linear relationship between the recovery rate was 99.92%（n=6）RSD 1.20%.
