围绝经期不规则阴道流血120例临床分析

Perimenopausal clinical analysis of 120 cases of irregular vaginal bleeding

目的：探讨围绝经期不规则阴道流血的病因。方法：对我院2011年1月~2012年10月门诊收治的120例围绝经期不规则阴道流血患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果：全部病例经诊刮病检、组织活检等病理检查证实,围绝经期不规则阴道出血的病因主要为：良性病变112例,占93.33%;恶性病变8例,占6.67%。结论：围绝经期卵巢功能衰退是导致阴道不规则流血的主要病因,且功能性子宫出血所占比例较高,其诊刮病检、组织活检等病理检查也是作为诊断出血原因的重要措施。

Objective Explore the etiology of perimenopausal irregular vaginal bleeding.Methods Our hospital in January 2011 to October2012,out-patient treated 120 cases of perimenopausal irregular vaginal bleeding patient data were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients were curettage pathologic examination,biopsy and pathological examination confirmed the cause of perimenopausal irregular vaginal bleeding: 112 cases of benign lesions,accounting for 93.33%;malignant lesions of the eight cases,accounting for 6.67%.Conclusion Perimenopausal ovarian failure is a major cause of irregular vaginal bleeding,and a high proportion of dysfunctional uterine bleeding,curettage pathologic examination,biopsy and pathological examination also serves as an important measure to diagnose the cause of the bleeding.
