目的:探讨反向银屑病临床与病理之间的关系,为诊疗提供依据。方法:对20例反向银屑病临床表现及病理特征作回顾性分析。结果:20例确诊为反向银屑病的病例中,尽管临床皮损表现不一,不具备普通寻常型银屑病的特殊表现,但病理检查都有银屑病样皮炎的典型特征。结论:正确诊断反向性银屑病,需要临床与病理相结合。

Objective： To investigate the relationship between the reverse the psoriasis clinical and pathological provide the basis for the diagnosis and treatment.
