摘要
目的:通过实验分析血米培养基鉴定白色念珠菌的效果。方法:选择2012年1月到2012年10月在我院收治的口腔溃疡患者80例作为观察组,同期选择体检人群80例作为对照组,使用口腔含漱法采样后进行血米培养基鉴定白色念珠菌。结果:观察组的念珠菌检出率与白色念珠菌检出率都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:口腔溃疡患者多伴随有白色念珠菌感染,血米培养基的应用有利于白色念珠菌的鉴定与检出,值得推广应用。
Objective： To analyze the efficacy of the blood meters medium for identification of Candida Albicans through the experiment. Methods： 80 cases of patients with oral ulcers admitted in our hospital between Jan 2012 and Oct 2012 were chosen as the observation group, while the 80 cases of medical examination people over the same period were chosen as control group. By using oral rinse sampling, the samples were cultured in the blood meters medium for Candida albicans identification. Results： The detection rate of the Candida and Candida albicans in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Oral ulcers patients always with Candida albicans infection, and the use of the blood meters medium is benificial for the identification and the detection of Candida albicans, which is worth popularizing.
