细小纤维与PAM共絮凝工艺留着及滤水性能的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 分别以针叶木浆板为原料,阔叶木桨板为标准原料,在不同的打浆度以及打浆时间下对其进行筛分、过滤来提取细小纤维,采用共絮凝工艺,选用碳酸钙作填料,加入不同浓度的PAM测浆料的滤水性能和细小纤维与填料的留着。结果显示:随着PAM加入量的增大,浆料的滤水时间缩短,滤水性能提高,细小纤维和填料的留着率也都提高,但是提高的幅度都在变小。从纸张的物理性质也可以看出,PAM最佳的添加量为0.06%。 Softwood pulp board was chosen as the raw material and the hard wood pulp boards was chosen the standard raw material, under the different beating degree and time. Then, the co-flocculation process in which calcium carbonate was selected as filler, as well as added different concentrations of PAM were studied. Finally, the pulp's retention and fine fibers with filler's drain ability was measured. The results show that with the increasing of the amount of PAM, the drainahle time of pulp is decreased, the property of drain ability is improved, fine fibers with filler's retention is increased, while the extent of increase is decreased. It is seen from the physical properties of the paper, the optimal addition concentrations of PAM is 0.06%.
