全自动令纸包装机是一种自动化程度很高的包装设备,整台设备只需要一名操作人员。包装过程主要包括令纸匀速抓取、包装纸定长定位输送、横向喷胶、令纸定位等工艺,需要控制与执行系统快速准确。本系统采用西门子T-CPU控制平台并配合伺服驱动技术,完成了人机界面、运动规划、I/O逻辑运算、故障诊断及通讯等功能。可使包装速度达到15令/min,包装效果美观稳定。

Automatic ream paper wrapping machine is a kind of highly automatic facility, which is operated with only one person. The wrapping includes uniform ream paper puck-up, wrapping paper convey at constant length and location, glue spray in cross direction, ream paper location, which is required to control and implement fast and accurately. In the system, was adopted Simens T-CPU control platform equipped with servo driving to realize people-computer interlace, moving plot, I/O logic calculation, fault diagnosis and communication. The wrapping speed can be reached to 15 reams per minute with good and stable effect.
