摘要
用内标-标准曲线法测定葡萄酒和果酒中的乙醇含量,在2.0%~25.0%(v/v%)线性范围内呈良好的线性关系(相关系数为0.9993),相对标准偏差(RSD,n:6)为0.19%。同时用酒精计法加以验证,最大偏差为0.3%,满足国家判定标准偏差正负l%的要求。此方法具有方便快捷、高效、结果准确等优点,适合于批量样品的检测。
To determine the alcohol contents in grape wine and fruit wine by internal standard - standard curve methord, it showed that alcohol content was in a good linear relation ( r = 0. 9993 ) with the range from 2. 0 % 25.0 % (v/v%), RSD (n =6) was 0. 19 %. The maximum deviation was 0. 3 % ,validating with alcohol meter method and satisfying the national standard deviation requirementof plus or minus 1%. The internal standard - standard curve methord was convenient, quick, efficient and accurate, and could be used for mass detection of the alcohol concentration.
