摘要 [目的]调查分析四川省乡镇卫生院人力资源的配备现状,为乡镇卫生院人力资源标准化建设过程中政策的制定提供参考依据。[方法]采用分层随机抽样方法,按照经济发展水平的高低和方便抽样相结合的原则在四川省抽取6个县142家乡镇卫生院进行信息调查。[结果]四川省乡镇卫生院卫生人员总量不足,卫技人员素质不高,专业分布不合理,各类地区间卫技人员水平参次不齐。[结论]各级卫生行政部门应采取多种有效措施,有计划、有重点的向基层医疗卫生服务机构引进和培养人才,提高基层医疗卫生机构的服务水平。 Objective Investigated and analyzed current situation of township health centers' human resources in Sichuan province so as to provide reference frame of policy-making in the process of human resources standardization in township health centers. Methods Selected 142 township health centers from 6 counties by stratified random sampling method, according to economic development level combined with convenience sampling. Results Health staff amounts were not enough, health technicians quality was low, professional distribution was unreasonable, health technicians' level was missing Senate meeting in these township health centers. Conclusions Health administrative departments at all levels should take various effective measures to draw into and train the talents in a planned way with emphasis to the township health centers so as to improving the basic medical health service level.
