毫米波段LTCC滤波器的小型化设计

摘要 提出一种新型宽边耦合结构的LTCC带通滤波器,在Z-维度上大大减小了电路尺寸。对该结构进行了奇偶模分析,论证了能够缩小体积的原因,并用HFSS软件进行了仿真验证。最后设计一款中心频率33GHz的毫米波滤波器,并用Ansoft’sHFSS软件来设计、调试和优化该滤波器,带外衰减达到70dB,Z方向的高度减少20%以上。仿真结果表明,该滤波器具有较强的设计灵活性、陡峭的衰减以及更小的尺寸。 A novel broadsided-coupled stripline resonator structure is introduced to realize miniatured LTCC (Low Temperature Co-Sintered Ceramic)bandpass filters, miniaturing Z-dimension size. Odd-even mode analysis of the structure are performed. The reasons of this structure reducing the size are also demonstrated and verified by HFSS software simulation. Finally ,a center frequency of 33GHz millimeter wave filter is designed,tuned and optimized by Ansoft's HFSS to improve the filter performance,attenuation out of band reaches 70 dB,and the Z dimension is reduced by 20%. The filter has good flexibility on design ,steep attenuation and smaller size when compared with conventional filter.
