摘要
以一氧化碳和甲烷为研究对象,通过传感器MQ-7和MQ-5将气体浓度经ADC0809转换为模拟电压值后传送至单片机,单片机通过编程对信息进行分析转换后,经串口发送至计算机供用户观测分析。结合Labview的数据显示、网络数据传输及报警能更好解决数据采集精确度及传输距离问题,可用来监测环境中有害气体的浓度大小。
With carbon monoxide and methane as the research object, a design based on virtual instrument of harmful gas alarming device is introduced. Through the sensor MQ- 7 and MQ- 5 the device will convert gas concentration by ADC0809 into analog voltage values transmitted to the single-chip microcomputer. After the information are analyzed and converted, the measured data of the system was sent to computer through the serial port to the user for their observation and analysis. The system can be used to monitor environment harmful gas concentration. Through Labview data display, network data transmission and alarm, the system can better solve the problem of the accuracy of data acquisition and transmission for a long distance.
