摘要
对1200kt/a加氢精制装置的能量的转换和传输环节、工艺用能环节、能量回收环节进行了能量核算和量化分析。探讨了装置利用低温热、提高装置负荷率、采用变频调速技术降低能耗;分析了在满足氢油比的前提下,降低汽轮机转速、减少蒸汽消耗等节能措施的可行性。
Energy calculation and quantitative analysis were made to the energy conversion and transmission link , process energy link and energy recovery link of the 1 200 kt/a hydrofining unit. This paper also discussed using low-temperature heat , improving unit load rate and using the variable-frequency speed regulating technology to reduce energy consumption ; analyzed the feasibility of the energy-saving measures such as decreasing steam turbine speed and reducing steam consumption under the premise of meeting the hydrogen/oil ratio requirement.
