摘要
以聚丁二烯橡胶、苯乙烯、丙烯腈为原料,过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂,乙苯为溶剂,进行ABS本体聚合反应。考察了橡胶用量、引发剂用量、溶剂用量和搅拌速度对ABS树脂本体聚合过程中体系粘度的影响。结果表明,增加橡胶用量和引发剂用量可使体系粘度增大,提高搅拌速率、增加溶剂的用量有助于体系粘度的降低。
ABS bulk polymerization is carried out with polybutadiene rubber , styrene and acylonitrile as raw materials , benzoyl peroxide as initiator , and ethyl benzene as solvent. The influences of rubber usage , initiator dosage , solvent usage and agitating speed on the system viscosity during bulk polymerization process of ABS resin were investigated. The resulted showed that increase of rubber usage and initiator dosage can make the system viscosity increase , and increase of agitating speed and solvent usage will help the system viscosity decrease.
