摘要
在重油催化装置中有许多部件因温度高而应用不锈钢(304或321)材质。文中对烟机预热线不锈钢法兰断裂的原因进行了分析,提出了相应的预防措施,并说明了材料验收在石化装置中的重要作用。
Many components in Catalytic Cracking Unit use stainless steel ( 304 or 321 ) as raw material due to high temperature. This paper made analysis regarding the causes for fracture of flange in fume gas turbine preheating line , put forward corresponding preventive measures , and explained the significance of material acceptance in petrochemical units.
