新建乙烯装置的不锈钢螺母出现裂纹缺陷,文中对螺母进行了检测分析。结果表明,螺母的外表面裂纹属于螺母加工时形成的原始缺陷,该批次不锈钢螺母存在严重的质量问题。另选厂家并按照相关标准进行了严格的质量检测,消除了新建乙烯装置的安全隐患。

This paper made detection analysis to the stainless steel nuts in the new built Ethylene Plant because crack defects occurred in them. The results showed that the surface crack defects of the nuts are attributed to the original defect formed during nut machining , thus the stainless steel nuts in this batch have severe quality problem. All nuts were returned to their manufacturer and new nuts were ordered from another manufacturer. Quality detection was made in accordance to the relevant standard , so the hidden hazard in safety of the new built Ethylene Plant is eliminated.
