摘要
将二阶预测有效度和IOWA算子相结合,提出一种基于二阶预测有效度的IOWA算子最优组合预测模型,并定义了优性组合预测的概念,最后通过一个具体的实例来说明该组合预测方法的有效性和合理性.
In this paper, a newcombination forecasting model is proposed based on second-order forecast effective measure and induced ordered weighted averaging （IOWA） operator. In the meantime, the concept of superior combination forecasting is presented. Finally, we use a numerical example to illustrate this combination forecasting method effectiveness and feasibility.
