各级政府主导的农村土地资本化导致了越来越多的失地农民进入城镇。他们在城镇就业受到各种因素的制约,现状不容乐观。对此政府应转变观念,树立社会公平理念;加大政策扶持力度,创设更多的就业机会;加大职业教育的投入,提升劳动力再就业的能力。

The land capitalization which is leaded by the government at all levels has led to a fact that more and more land -lost farmers have come into towns. The employment of them has been confined by various factors,the status quo is not optimistic. Therefore, the government should try to change its concepts and build conceptions of social justice ; enlarge the policy supports and create more employment opportunities ; increase the occupation education investment and elevate the re - employment abilities of the land - lost farmers.
