摘要
基于室内正交试验设计,分别以7d无侧限抗压强度、90d劈裂强度、干缩应变以及干缩系数为考核指标,研究影响水泥稳定碎石混合料强度、收缩性能的主要因素及其影响规律。结果表明:对7d无侧限抗压强度和90d劈裂强度的影响程度次序均为水泥剂量>级配>压实度>含水量;而对干缩应变和干缩系数影响程度次序均为水泥剂量>级配>失水率>暴露时间。该研究成果从控制水泥剂量变异、级配变异、压实度变异及含水量等方面为水泥稳定碎石基层质量控制提供理论依据。
Based on orthogonal test design, this study on 7 d unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength, dry shrinkage strain 90 d and dry shrinkage coefficient as evaluation index, the impact strength and shrinkage performance of cement stabilized macadam mixture main factor and influence law. Results show that: the 7 d unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength of 90 d influence degree sequence are cement dose 〉 graduation 〉 compaction 〉 water content; And on the drying shrinkage strain and shrinkage coefficient influence degree sequence are cement dose 〉 graduation 〉 driage 〉 exposure duration. The results of the study from the control of cement dosage mutations, grading, compaction water content variation and mutation, etc, provides the theory basis for the quality control on the base of the cement stable macadam.
