对《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》的解读及思考

摘要 建立教师专业标准是促进教师专业化发展的重要途径。教育部颁布的《幼儿园教师专业标准(试行)》明确了幼儿教师专业化发展的目标,提供了幼儿园人力资源管理的依据。打下了学前教育可持续发展的坚实基础。立足点较高。专业性较强,内容比较全面和具有可操作性是其显著特点。将幼儿教师心理健康水平纳入标准体系中,建立分层的幼儿园教师专业标准。制定细化和量化的评价标准,可以促使幼儿固教师专业标准更加完善。 The important way to promote teachers' professional development is to establish teachers' professional standard. Ministry of Education promulgated Professional Standards for Kindergarten Teachers which has been clear about the target of preschool teacher professional development, and provided the basis for human resources management in the field of preschool education, done a staunch foundation of sustainable development for preschool educa- tion. Foothold is higher, professional is stronger, the content is comprehensive and much more practical; these are its notable characteristics. The kindergarten teachers' professional standards will be more perfect if the preschool teachers' mental health level included into the standard system, established the layered kindergarten teachers' professional standards, refined and quantified evaluation standard.
