舒灵胶囊和维骨力治疗膝骨关节炎的临床对比报告

A Clinical Comparison Report on Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis by Shuling Capsules with Viartril-s

目的 :通过对舒灵胶囊和维骨力临床疗效和安全性的比较 ,客观评价中药治疗膝骨关节炎的作用。方法 :62例膝骨关节炎病人 ,随机分为两组。一组服用舒灵胶囊 ( 3 2例 ) ,另一组服用维骨力 ( 3 0例 )。分别于服药后 2、4周进行膝关节功能评分 ,并对评分结果进行统计分析。结果 :服药后两组在膝关节疼痛和功能评分方面均有明显改善 ( P<0 .0 5) ,但两组间比较无显著性差异 ( P>0 .0 5)。舒灵胶囊组的有效率为 84 .4 % ,维骨力组为 76.7% ,χ2 检验 ,P>0 .2。两组均未出现严重的副反应。结论 :中药舒灵胶囊和维骨力在治疗膝骨关节炎方面有同样良好的疗效 ,这为中药治疗骨关节炎提供了良好的前景。

Objective:To objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of tradional chinese medicine (TCM) on knee osteoarthritis by comparing the clinical effect of Shuling capsules with Viartril s(glucosomine sulfate).Methods:62 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomized divided into 2 groups.One group(32 cases) recived Shuling capsules and the other (30 cases) Viartril s.The two groups were evaluated by knee function measurement score at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment.The scores were analyzied by statistics medthods.Results:The improvement of pain and joint's function measurement scores of knee was remarkable in two groups,but there was no siginificant defference in the two groups.In Shuling capsules group,the clinical effect rate was 84.4% and Viartril s group was 76.7%(χ 2 test,P>0.2).There was no severe side effect in both groups.Conclusion:Shuling capsules and Viartril s have the same good effect on treatment of knee osteoarthirits and it provide good prospect of TCM treating osteoarthritis.
