生髓饮Ⅰ号治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床研究

The Clinical Research of ShengSuiYin Ⅰ on the Primary Osteoporosis

目的 :通过与单纯补钙治疗组的临床比较实验和观察 ,以评估生髓饮 号治疗原发性骨质疏松症的确切疗效。方法 :将原发性骨质疏松症患者随机分成两组 ,分别应用生髓饮 号与钙尔奇 D治疗 ,测定治疗前后腰椎骨密度以及血钙 ,血磷和碱性磷酸酶的水平 ,观察临床症状和体征的变化。结果 :显示生髓饮 号治疗组疼痛症状与体征明显改善 ,骨密度定量测定有较大幅度升高、疗效明显优于钙尔奇 D治疗组。结论 :生髓饮 号能改善骨质疏松症患者的临床症状 ,有抑制骨丧失和一定程度上促进骨形成的作用。

Objective:To estimate the ture curative effect that ShengSuiYin Ⅰ on primary osteoporosis by comparing the experiment and clinical observation with pure supplement calcium.Methods:The patients of primary osteoporosis were devided randomly into two groups.They were cured separately with ShengSuiYin Ⅰ or GaiErQi D.Bone density of lumbar vertebrae,serum calcium,phosphorus and AKP were detected.Clinical symptoms and signs were also observed.Results:ShengSuiYin Ⅰ can obviously improve patient's pain symptom and sign,increase the bone density.The effect of ShengSuiYi Ⅰ is better than GaiErQi D group.Conclusion:ShengSuiYin Ⅰ can improve the clinical symptoms of osteoporosis,inhibit the bone losing and promote the bone forming at some degree.
