复脑灵口服液治疗脑梗塞高粘血症41例——附20例对照

41 Cases of Funaoling Peroral Liquid in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction Complicated with Blood Hyperviscosity ——Attaching 20 cases as control

为了探索能降低血粘度、防治脑梗塞的中药方剂 ,根据中医对中风活血化瘀、祛痰通络的治则 ,以自拟方复脑灵口服液治疗脑梗塞合并高粘血症 4 1例 (设复方丹参片对照组 2 0例 ) ,以血液流变学为主要指标 ,观察主要症状改善情况以进行前瞻性疗效评定。结果显示 ,治疗组用药前后对比 ,血液流变学指标有明显好转 ,P<0 .0 1,但治疗组与对照组比较无明显差异 ,在改善症状方面 ,治疗组优于对照组 ,P<0 .0

In order to explore the prescriptions of Chinese materia medica which can lower blood viscosity to prevent and treat cerebral infarction,41 patients treated suffered from cerebral infarction complicated with blood hyperviscosity with self designed prescription'Fu naoling Peroral Liquid' in the light of the therapeutic principal of TCM in treating apoplexy,i.e.'promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis and eliminating phlegm to dredge collaterals'(A project of the Education Department of the Autonomous Region).Twenty cases of the control group were treated with composite Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae tablets.The prospective therapeutic effect was evaluated by the improvement of chief symptoms with blood rheology as an important index.The results revealed that the indices of blood rheology in the treated group markedly improved after treatment ( P <0.01),but they showed no significant difference as compared with those in the control group.As regards improving symptoms,the therapeutic effect in the treated group was better than that in the control group( P < 0.01 ).
