为了适应现代农业发展的需求,在分析现代农业发展对农业科技服务体系提出的新要求的基础上,提出要从农业科技创新、科技推广、科技服务支持和科技保障等体系建设入手建设适合现代农业发展的农业科技服务体系,同时重点解决重大技术的突破、推广上的零对接和培养新型农民等问题,从而不断增强农业科技对现代农业的支撑、推动和引领能力。

In order to meet the requirement of modern agricultural development,this paper analyzed the new requirements of modern agricultural development for agricultural science and technology service system,put forward the construction thought of modern agricultural science and technology service system,such as constructing the agricultural science and technology innovation system,science and technology popularization system,technology service support system and technology protection system,and pointed out the main problems to be solved,such as the major technological breakthroughs,zero-docking promotion,new-type farmers cultivation and so on,so as to constantly enhance the supporting,promoting and leading ability of agriculture sicence and technology in modern agriculture.
