二陈汤粗粉与二陈汤提取物镇咳祛痰作用比较

A Comparison of Expectorant and Antitussive Action between Decoction of Erchen and Extract of Decoction of Erchen

目的 研究二陈汤粉剂及二陈汤提取物的镇咳化痰作用。方法 应用二陈汤粗粉与二陈汤提取物观察对小鼠氨水致咳作用及呼吸道酚红排泄作用的影响。结果 粉剂和提取物均能抑制氨水的致咳作用及增加小鼠呼吸道酚红的排泄 ,表明二陈汤具有镇咳祛痰作用 ;在含生药量近似的情况下 ,提取物的上述药理作用较显著。

Objective To conduct a comparison of the antitussive and expectorant effect between decoction of erchen and extract of decoction of erchen in mice.Method Powder of decoction of erchan and extract of that were used in the comparision.Results The result showed that both decoction of erchen and extract of decoction of erchen had antitussive and expectorant effects.but their pharmacological actions showed a significant defference ( P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of extract of decoction of erchen is more marked than that of the crude drug.
