颈椎椎管内神经鞘瘤手术治疗30例效果评价 被引量：3

摘要 目的总结颈椎椎管内神经鞘瘤手术治疗的临床经验。方法回顾性分析30例接受手术治疗的颈椎椎管内神经鞘瘤患者的临床资料,观察并总结手术方法及手术疗效。结果 30例患者中,颈椎前路手术10例,后路手术20例,均有内固定植入;术后平均随访3.3年(0.5～7.0年),未见复发病例;术前JOA评分平均为14.5分,术后平均为25.5分,平均改善率75.9%。结论对于颈椎椎管内神经鞘瘤,手术治疗是较好的选择,手术疗效满意。
