Quality Control for Manufacturing Furnace Grate of Hot Blast Stove on 4150 m^3 Blast Furnace

包钢新体系热风炉首次引进卡卢金顶燃式热风炉技术,炉箅子作为炉内主要设备,比较普通托梁式炉箅子结构复杂、制造难度大、质量要求高。文章简要论述了炉箅子的加工和组装工艺,对关键点的质量控制和验收突出具体方案,经实践验证完全满足设计要求。

The technology of top combustion stove is first introduced to the new system of Baotou Steel. As the key e- quipment of stove, the grate is with more complex structure, difficult manufacture and higher quality requirements than those of common grate. In the article, it is briefly discussed the technologies of processing and assembling grate as well as pro- posed specific plan for quality control and acceptance of key process, which could meet the design requirements completely proved by practices.
