摘要
文章以项目融资理论、现代项目管理理论为基础,简述了新型融资建设模式BT的概念及运作模式,同时对BT模式本身存在的弊端以及实际运作过程中暴露出来的问题及薄弱环节进行总结分析,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
In the article, it is briefly elaborated the concepts and operation modes of new financing construction mode BT based on the theories of project finance and modern project management. Moreover, the drawbacks, problems and weak links of it in practical operations are summarized and analyzed as well as the relative countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
