摘要
基于对市场准入机制内容的分析,借鉴发达国家和地区各种市场准入及其认证认可合格评定程序实施经验,并结合我国交通行业现状,认为建立一套统一的交通运输行业产品市场准入制度是必要的,并提出相应的措施。
Based on analyzing the content of the market access mechanism,using the experience of developed countries and regions in the aspects of arket access and certification and accreditation conformity assessment program implementation,and combined with the current traffic industry,the author thinks that it is necessary to establish a unified transportation industry products market access system and puts forward the corresponding measures.
