摘要
为了优选桥面铺装结构,对6种结构的复合试件进行了车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、疲劳试验,以及经济性的对比分析;并应用灰色关联理论对6种铺装结构进行了多指标评价。研究结果表明:粒径较大的双层沥青玛蹄脂碎石SMA结构的动稳定度为8 083和8 328次/mm,具有最好的抗车辙性能;下面层为浇注式沥青混凝土GA的结构的低温弯曲应变为7900,GA大大提高了铺装结构的低温抗裂性;双层SMA结构的疲劳寿命均值为1 153次,具有较优的抗疲劳性能;下面层为GA的结构的造价最高[95.7元/(cm·m2)],双层SMA结构居中,沥青混凝土(AC)结构最低;双层SMA倒装结构(SMA13+SMA10)的灰色关联度为0.969,性价比最高。采用灰色关联多指标评价方法优选出了效益费用比最优的桥面铺装结构,可为桥面铺装结构设计提供一定的参考。
In order to identify the best bridge deck structure, the rutting test, low-temperature ben- ding test and fatigue test on six compound structure specimens were performed. The grey relevancy theory was used to evaluate the structures with multiple indicators. The results show that the dynamic stability of the structure of double-layer Stone Mastic Asphalt (SMA) with larger particle size is 8 083 or 8 328 times/mm, the highest in the anti-rutting performance. The low-temperature bending strain of the structure with the bottom layer of Guss Asphalt (GA) is 7 900 με ,and GA increases the low-temperature anti-cracking performance of the deck pavement structure. The average fatigue life of double-layer SMA is 1 153 times, longer than other structures. The cost of the structure with bottom layer of GA is the highest [ 95.7 Yuan/( cm . m2 ) ], with the structure of double-layer SMA being in the middle and the structure with Asphalt Concrete(AC) the lowest. The grey relevancy of the flip structure of double-layer SMA with smaller particle size (SMA13+SMA10) is 0. 969, the most cost-effective structure. Our results showed that the deck pavement structure with the most cost- effectiveness ratio could be identified by using the gray relevancy multiple index method, providing areference for the design of bridge deck pavement structure.
