直肠腔内超声在诊断直肠及其周围疾病中的应用

Application of Intrarectal Ultrasound to Diagnose the Diseases of Rectum and Perirectum

目的 :评估直肠腔内超声对直肠及其周围疾病的诊断。方法 :对指诊及临床拟诊为直肠及其周围疾病者行直肠腔内超声检查。结果 :检出病变者 84例 ,直肠疾病 38例 ,直肠周围疾病 46例。前者有 2 7例直肠癌 ,11例直肠子宫内膜异位症 ;后者包括骶骨脊索瘤等恶性病变 9例 ,畸胎瘤、脓肿等良性病变 37例。所有病例经手术病理证实。结论

Objective To evaluate the value of intrarectal ultrasound applied to the the diagnosis of rectal and perirectal disease.Methods To perform intrarectal ultrasound examination on the patients,experienced digital rectal examination,with suspended disease of the rectum and perirectum.Results 84 cases were detected having pathological lession in their rectum and perirectum,among them,38 cases being rectal disease,and 46 cases being perirectal disease.Out of the 38 patients,27 cases were diagnosed having rectal cancer and 11 cases having rectal endometriosis.37 of the 46 patients with perirectal lession were diagnosed having benign pathologic changes such as teratoma and abscess,9 cases having malignant disease such as sacral chordoma.All the patients were diagnostically confirmed by surgical operation.Conclusion Intrarectal ultrasound has an important value in the diagnosis of rectal amd perirectal diseases.
