摘要
采用卡特尔14种人格量表、Conners儿童行为量表的家长用表和Conners儿童行为量表的教师问卷对524名进城务工农民子女进行调查分析,研究显示:进城务工农民子女的适应性问题突出、且人格上具有敏感、孤独、焦虑等弱点,教师、中小学校以及社会应给予针对性的教育指导和帮助,让其在智力和心理等方面得到更好的发展。
By using questionnaires of 524 migrant laborers' children, this paper adopts Cartel's 14- personality measuring indicator and Conners' children behavior measuring indicator for parents and teachers. The results shows that adaptation problems is obvious, and they are more sensitive and lonely and anxious. So teachers and schools and society should direct and help them and let them develop better in the intelligence and psychology.
