摘要
本文介绍了超高速A/D变换器的基本工作原理和研制过程中遇到的主要技术难题。经过对样机的测试鉴定,结果表明:此超高速A/D变换器的最高采样频率达100MHz,分辨率为8bit,误差小于ILSB。
In this paper the fundamental principle of the Ultra high speed A/D converter is introduced, and the difficulties in technique and the measures resolved the difficulties in development of the Ultra high speed A/D converter are described. In measurement of the Ultra high speed A/D converter the result is that the maximum sampling frequency of the A/D converter can be 100 MHZ, the resolution is 8 bit, and the accuracy is 7 bit.
