摘要
为提高共轨柴油发动机ECU电路电源的可靠性及稳定性,对ECU电源及其防护电路展开研究设计。通过核心元器件的选型匹配分析以及电源变换器的工作原理研究,得出一套发动机ECU电源系统设计方案。研究成果可有效提高ECU电源品质,保证核心控制电路正常工作,ECU喷油量控制精度得到保证,在不同工况都可为发动机提供最佳空燃比。
This work points to a design of the protection circuit for ECU power supply system, which is used on a high pressure common rail diesel engine system that requires a robust and stable input power. An engine ECU power system was acquired through the research on key components selection, matching, analysis and fundamental theory of power converter circuit design. The result could raise the power quality and ensure the control unit working well, the accuracy of injection could be guaranteed, and the engine works with the best air-fuel ratio under different cycle
