摘要 针对搭载某发动机的重卡牵引车在市场上一些恶劣环境下使用时,发现有发动机水温偏高的问题,本文从整车匹配角度对该系列车型冷却系统进行了原因分析。首先,从整车冷却系统结构原理对可能影响系统的各种原因进行了分析;其次,通过计算确定散热器的选取是符合理论要求的;再次,对样车原冷却系统设计的不合理之处提出以下几种方案来降低发动机水温:1.增大扇吸风量;2.调整散热器芯体后端面与风扇前端面的间距;3.严防热风回流,降低进风温度;4.优化护风罩与风扇间的径向间隙,防止热风回流;5.改善通风条件。最后,对优化后的样车进行热平衡试验证实了上述优化改进方法是可行的。 According to carrying a heavy truck tractor engine in the market for some harsh environment use, found that the problem of high water temperature of engine, this article from the perspective of the whole series of models to match the cooling system analysis. Adjustment core radiator with fans after the end of the distance between the front surface; 3. To prevent the return of hot air to reduce the inlet temperature; 4. Optimize care wind shield and the radial clearance between the fan to reduce the eddy current; 5.To improve the ventilation;Finally, the kind of optimized thermal balance test car confirmed the improvement of the above optimization method is feasible
