基于大学教育构建道路交通安全社会教育体系的探索

The Social Education System of Road Traffic Safety in the Society Based on Universities

制约我国道路交通安全水平的关键因素是教育。利用大学教育的特性、优势和资源,在大学中建立道路交通安全的素质教育体系,以此为核心构建全社会道路交通安全教育系统,为我国道路交通安全发展建立坚实基础。

Compared with that of the developed countries, the conditions of the road traffic safety are not good enough, so the associated education becomes important while trying to improve the conditions. Concretely, we should： first, use the functions of universities, which include educating, academic study, and serving the society, to improve the road traffic safety, according to the feature of our education system; second, take the advantages of the specialty, the superiority, and the resources of the universities, and build up an education system of the road traffic safety; third, train the students during their college period so that they could become the back bones of the traffic safety education. By doing these, we could form an education system of road traffic safety in our society and solidify the foundation of the development of our road traffic safety
