摘要
本文介绍了创新型QC小组活动程序及工具运用,并结合企业生产实际,以创新型课题在变速器产品夹具改进中的应用为核心,逐步介绍了开展此类活动的具体要求。从而进一步加强对创新思维的理解,以利于今后大家更加准确的运用这一活动方法。
This article describes an innovative program QC group activities and tools to use, combined with the actual production to innovative transmission products subject fixture improvements in the application of the core, and gradually introduces the specific requirements of such activities. Thus further strengthen the understanding of creative thinking in order to facilitate the future use of all this activity more accurate method.
