扫描电镜和X射线能谱仪对真姬菇子实体常见微量元素的定性定量测定

Qualitative and quantitative determination of trace elements in the fruit of bodies Hypsizygus marmoreus(Peck)H.E.Bigelow with SEM and EDAX

利用扫描电镜和X射线能谱仪对真姬菇子实体菌盖、菌褶和菌柄中的常见的微量元素Na、Mg、S、P、K、Ca、Mn、Fe、Cu和Zn进行测定,并计算了它们的相对重量百分比。结果表明真姬菇子实体的菌盖、菌褶和菌柄的微量元素含量各不相同。

Trace elements （Na,Mg,S,P,K,Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu and Zn）in the fruit bodies ofHypsizygus marmoreus （Peck） H.E Bigelow have been determined with SEM and EDAX and their relative weights（percentage ）were achieved through calculation. The results showed that the amounts of above elements in the Pileus,lamella and stipe of Hypsizygus marmoreus （Peck） H.E Bigelow were different.
