The popularization of Marxism was carried out under the extremely complicated background during Yan＇an period. Meanwhile, the comprehensive effect of this background laid practical basis for the popu- larization of Marxism during that time. The popularization of Marxism during Yan＇ an period presented us multi- dimensional realizing way and displayed abundant context from the aspects of its research, study, education and publicity. The following are the valuable experience and enlightenments brought to us to promote the populariza- tion of contemporary Chinese Marxism：theoretical innovation is the theoretical premise and the vivid character- istics of ethnic groups, practice and era should be constantly embodied with;the leading channel is to strengthen the education and guidance ;the main base is to emphasize the media guidance;the fundamental guarantee is to reinforce the team building and system construction. The experience and enlightenments above have important referential significance to the popularization of contemporary Chinese Marxism.
