针对职业院校毕业生就业时普遍出现不适应企业管理、稳定性差、离职率高的现象,职业院校应从企业文化融入校园文化建设入手,以办学理念企业化、文化宣传多样化、学生管理公司化、校企合作一体化、文化活动职业化等方面为切入点,加强校园文化建设,为学生营造良好的职业教育环境,着力培养学生的职业道德、职业技能和就业能力,实现学生与企业文化的对接,帮助学生成功向职业人转变,增强毕业生的就业稳定性。
