抗战时期,贵州得益于战时迁入的资金、技术、人才等有利条件,大力兴办教育事业和创办近代化企业,鼓励发展传统手工业,经济发展迅速。但贵州各界无不以一种"外省来此服务者,迟早要离去"的忧患意识来看待贵州经济发展,因而非常注重人才的培养。这时期贵州人才培养形式多样,主要有传统家庭与师徒传承、学校教育、社会组织和企业培训几种方式,形成了高、中等及基础人才纵向发展形式。

During Anti-Japanese War, because of the favorable conditions of the wartime capital, technology and talented human, the career of education and modem enterprises were developed vigorously in Guizhou province to encourage the development of traditional handicrafts and economic development rapidly.
