摘要
文章结合学前教育专业大学生的职业生涯规划现状及特点,分析本专业大学生开展职业生涯规划的相关问题,指导本专业学生如何树立明确的目标和清晰的自我定位,提出具有可操作性的对策和建议。
Combining the status quo and features of career plan for undergraduates majoring in pre-school education, the author of this paper analyzes some related problems, which can guide the graduates how to set up a definite goal and a clear self-orientation, and pro- pounds some manipulability suggestions or countermeasures.
