基于中高职有效对接的护理人才培养模式研究

On Nursing Talents Training Mode based on Linking of Secondary Vocational Education and Higher Vocational Education

高职与中职的衔接,是构建现代职业教育体系的主要内涵之一,也是推进高职、拉动中职健康持续发展的重要举措。本文从中高职护理人才培养现状和存在问题入手,以实现中高职护理教育的培养目标为宗旨,就现行中高职护理专业的课程设置与衔接进行了分析探讨。

Linking of secondary vocational education and higher vocational education is one of the major parts of construction of modern vocational education system, and it is also an im- portant way of promoting sustainable development of secondary and higher vocational educa- tion. With a view to realize the talents training goal, this essay analyses the current situation and existing problems of nursing talents training, and discusses the connection between sec- ondary and higher vocational courses.
