中越边境城市跨国整合发展理论探索——以中国东兴—越南芒街为例

Study of the Theory of Cross-border Integration Development Applied in Sino-Vietnamese Border Cities——Taking Dongxing-Moncay as Examples

随着中国—东盟自由贸易区的建成,结合经济全球化、区域经济一体化和城市发展协作化的趋势,中越边境城市越来越成为中国—东盟边境地区的经济增长中心、商贸中心以及地区经济的发展引擎。故本文提出"中越边境城市跨国整合"这一促进边境城市与边境地区共同繁荣的发展途径,并以"中国东兴—越南芒街整合发展"为例论述了选择这一途径的客观基础及其可行性;同时,初步探讨了"东芒"两市整合发展的切入点和区域效应。

With the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area,economic globalization,the regional e- conomic integration and urban development cooperation,the border cities in both China and Vietnam have become the rising centers of growing regional economy velopment＂ applied in Sino-Vietnamese border cities and trade. The ＂theory of cross-border integration de- is believed to be a important way to achieve co-pros- perity of these cities and the local regions. The study takes the integration development of Dongxing in China and Moncay in Vietnam as examples to discuss the objective basis and feasibility of the theory. It also makes a tentative research into the possible fields of the integration and related effects on the local region.
