浅议我国的法治建设

Discussion on the Construction of Law Rules in China

纵观社会历史发展进程,国家的统治阶级在不断制定各种规章制度以实现自己的统治,随着思想意识的进一步提高,成功实现了从人治到法治的转型。在当今社会,依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家是中国特色社会主义的必然要求;是党执政方式的重大变革;是人民当家作主的必要保障;是建设社会主义市场经济体制的内在要求。随着改革开放的不断深化,法制建设融入了经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和生态文明建设的各个方面,对法治化建设的要求越来越迫切。因此,国家需进一步完善法律体系,使国家和人民的各项活动都能有法可依、有法必依,不断推进社会主义法治化国家建设。

In the process of historical development of the society, the ruling classes constantly formulate regulations to implement their rule, with the further increase of ideology, the successful implementation of the transformation from rule by man to rule by law. The rule of law in today＇s society, building a socialist country ruled by law, is the inevitable requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics; a great change in the par- ty＇s style of governance is a necessary guarantee for the people; be in power; is the inherent requirement of building a socialist market economic system. With the deepening of reform and opening-up, the construction of legal system in ail aspects of economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social con- struction and ecological civilization construction, construction of the rule of law is more and more urgent. Therefore, countries need to further improve the legal system, so that the activities of the nation and the people can go the law, and constantly promote the socialist rule of law of the state construction.
