媒介审判是现代媒介高速发展时代中经常出现的现象。媒介审判对于司法独立以及司法正义都具有很大的影响。通过对媒介审判与司法独立相关概念的分析与研究,对二者之间的相互关系进行分析,以此解释媒介审判与司法独立之间矛盾产生的真正原因,由此对如何处理好媒介与司法二者关系进行反思,从而得到解决这种矛盾的途径与方法。

In a modem society with high level of media development, it is accustomed to see such a thing which is called Trial by media academically. It has such a strong influence on the independence of ju- dicature and justice. The article provides a new point of view that how the contradiction happened between Trial by media and independence of judicature in practice. With the help of deep analysis about implications and different types in above two notions and the interactions .Moreover, we can reflect on something about the complicated relation of them, and thus may come up with a relative effective solution
