摘要 给水回热加热器运行时的端差大于设计值是影响机组经济性的主要原因之一,有效地定量计算其对经济性的影响可以为提高机组经济性、优化运行提供指导依据.基于等效热降理论,建立了端差对经济性影响的计算模型,以抚顺热电厂300MW机组为计算实例,分析了各加热器端差对新蒸汽等效热降、循环吸热量、汽轮机装置效率及标准煤耗率的影响. The temperature difference between the terminals of water supply regenerative heater in operation is one of the most important causes that impact the economical efficiency of Unit.Quantitative calculation effectively to the impact of terminal temperature difference on the economical efficiency can provide guidance and basis for improving the economy and optimizing operation of the Unit.Based on the equivalent enthalpy drop theory,the calculation model is built that impact on the economical efficiency systems due to heater terminals temperature difference,and take the 300 MW generating unit in Fushun for instance,the impact was analyzed that the each heater terminals temperature difference to the new steam equivalent enthalpy drop,refrigerant cyclic heat absorption,device efficiency of the steam turbine and the rate of standard coal consumption.
