蔬菜芽黄突变体研究进展

Research Progress on Yellow Shoot Bud Mutant in Vegetables

植物芽黄突变体是在幼苗或生长点前期黄化,随着植物生长而转绿的一种叶色突变,对于研究植物光合作用、叶绿素合成、叶色突变机理以及遗传育种等理论有着重要的作用。蔬菜芽黄突变体在蔬菜育种上简化良种的繁育过程和提高种子纯度上有着重要作用。综述了蔬菜芽黄突变体的来源、产生原因、遗传规律以及芽黄突变体叶绿体超微结构、叶绿素、光合特性等研究进展,介绍了至今在蔬菜上发现的芽黄突变体以及蔬菜芽黄突变体的应用价值,并对今后的研究进行了展望,旨在为以后蔬菜芽黄突变体研究提供理论基础。

Yellow shoot bud mutant is a kind of leaf color mutant that young leaf is yellowish and turns green at its mature stage. This kind of mutant plays an important role in the study of plant photosynthesis, chlorophyll synthesis,leaf color mutant mechanism and genetics studies. Vegetable yellow shoot bud mutant can also be used for hybrid seed production as seedling marker of genetic purity test. We review the research of yellow shoot but mutants reported in vegetables and their application in vegetable breeding in this article.
