自然条件下西州密25号不同采收期的贮藏效果

Storage Performa nce of “Xizhoumi No.25 ” Hami Melon at Different Harvest Time in Uncontrolled Condition

以西州密25号为试材,研究了不同采收期西州密25号在自然贮藏条件下可溶性固形物含量、硬度、失重率、腐烂率、腐烂指数的变化。结果表明:可溶性固形物含量呈先升后降趋势,硬度呈下降趋势,失重率、腐烂率、腐烂指数均呈增加趋势,综合来看,吐鲁番地区西州密25号适宜的采收期是雌花开后42 d(九成熟),自然条件下贮藏时间不超过1周。

In this experiment we studied the performance of Hami melon＂Xizhoumi No. 25＂ harvested at different maturity and stored at uncontrolled condition, as measured by soluble solids content, firmness, weight loss, decay rate and decay index. The results show that：the soluble solid content increased first and then decreased, the firmness decreased, weight loss, decay rate and decay index increased during storage. In Turpan area＂Xizhoumi No. 25＂should be harvested at 42 days after female flower;the storage time under natural conditions should be less than a week.
