摘要
为了研究熊蜂授粉技术在武汉市的应用效果,以武汉地区农户常规使用的2,4-D激素授粉方式作对照,引进设施番茄熊蜂授粉技术并进行试验。结果表明:熊蜂能在武汉地区正常授粉,熊蜂授粉番茄相对于传统激素授粉的番茄坐果率可提高14.34%以上,产量可增加18.65%以上,畸形果率可降低15.92%以上,平均单果种子数的增加最为明显,达到128.38%以上,番茄平均单果质量、平均单果腔室数、果形性状差异不明显。因此,熊蜂授粉的番茄产量高、商品品质和安全品质好,授粉效果优于激素授粉,但生产成本较高。
The effectiveness of bumblebee pollination on greenhouse tomato was studied in Wuhan. Compare to the tradition- al method of treat flowers by 2.4-D, the effect of bumblebee pollination is better. The results showed that, the fruit set rate of bumblebee pollinated tomato increased 14.34% ;the yield increased 18.65% ;the fruit-deformity rate reduced 15.92% ;and the average seed number of fruit increased 128.38%, when compared to 2,4-D treatment. Our study shows bumblebee pollination an increase yield and quality of greenhouse tomato compared to the tradition 2.4-D treatment.
