摘要
目的研究牛蒡苷元抗肿瘤的药理作用。方法健康雄性SPF级ICR小鼠40只随机分成4组:①模型组;②80mg/kg替吉奥胶囊组;③0.5mg/kg牛蒡苷元注射液组;④80mg/kg替吉奥胶囊与0.5mg/kg牛蒡苷元注射液联合用药组。通过小鼠右腋窝皮下注射细胞数为1.0×107个/ml小鼠肝癌H22肿瘤细胞建立在体肿瘤移植模型。造模后,次日连续给药14d,称量体重,麻醉并剥离腹主动脉放血处死动物,剥出瘤块用电子天平称量瘤重,计算抑瘤率。结果①替吉奥胶囊与牛蒡苷元注射液联合用药组体重增加明显,生存质量明显提高;②替吉奥胶囊与牛蒡苷元注射液联合用药组抑瘤率最好。结论替吉奥胶囊与牛蒡苷元注射液联合用药对H22荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用效果显著。
Objective To research the pharmacological effect of arctigenin in anti-tumor process. Methods 40 healthy male SPF ICR mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, the model group, the 80mg/kg S-1 capsule treatment group, the 0.5mg/kg arctigenin injection group, and the group of 80mg/kg S-1 capsule and 0.5mg/kg arctigenin injection. The model was established through the injection of 1.0 ×107/ml of mice liver cancer H22 tumor cells in the the right axil- lary fossa. The administration lasted 14 days after modeling, the body weight was measured, anesthesia was applied, the blood letting was made in abdominal aorta, and the mice were executed. Stripping out the tumor block and weighing tumor weight with electronic balance were performed to calculate the tumor in- hibition rate. Results Mice's body weight increased significantly after the use of S-1 combined with arctige- nin injection in the treatment group, and the life quality was improved obviously. The combined use of S- 1 capsule and arctigenin injection could produce with arctigenin injection drug can produce good the highest tumor inhibition rate. Conclusion S-1 combined inhibition effect on H22 tumor-bearing mice tumor.
