摘要
目的探讨健康教育对类风湿性关节炎患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法将84例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为干预组44例和对照组40例,两组均进行常规的治疗和护理,干预组在此基础上开展多形式的健康教育,教育前后分别对遵医服药、生活质量等方面进行评价。结果教育后干预组遵医行为及生活质量得分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论健康教育调动了患者的主观能动性,提高了自我保健意识,从而提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of health education on the compliance behavior and the quality of life of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 84 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the intervention group （n=44） and the control group （n=40）. Routine treatment and nursing care were given to both groups, but various kinds of health education were applied to the patients in the intervention group. The compliance of medication and the quality of life of the patients were evaluated before and after health education in both groups. Results The scores of the compliance behavior and the quality of life after health education were significantly higher in the intervention group than those in the control group （ P〈0.01）. Conclusion The systematic health education can effectively mobilize patients＇ enthusiasm and increase their self health care awareness to en- hance their quality of life.
